Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 13 June 2025, Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers of the above-named company by Revive Finance Limited, pursuant to a term loan agreement and a general security agreement dated 23 September 2024, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property together with all proceeds arising from that property, including goods, money, accounts receivable, chattel paper, intangibles, negotiable instruments, documents of title and investment.
