Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On 17 January 2025, Avalon Asset Allocation Limited, the holder of general security agreements in respect of UBCO LIMITED, dated 31 October 2024, and UBCO HOLDINGS LIMITED, dated 31 October 2024, appointed Stephen Speers Keen (IP#159) and David Ian Ruscoe (IP#50), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and chartered accountants of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of the companies.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
