Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 12 June 2025 at 4.51pm. Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after acquired property (including personal property and other property) of the above-named companies. The receivers and managers were appointed by Lion Rise Opportunity V Limited pursuant to a general security agreement dated 10 August 2022.
