Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Company Numbers: 4216938 and 6338997

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named companies by Prospa NZ Limited on 11 June 2025 under the powers contained in the loan agreements dated 28 February 2024 and 7 October 2024 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the companies.
