Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by United Steel Limited on 4 June 2025 under the powers contained in the terms and conditions of trade dated 3 February 2021 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
