Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Company Numbers: 8468204, 6381912 and 8077659

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named companies and individual by Seascape (2010) Limited on 9 May 2025 under the powers contained in funding agreements dated 14 January 2025 and 7 June 2024 and a deed of guarantee dated 7 June 2024 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the companies and individual.
