Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, with reference to Kerry John Dixon hereby gives notice that on 30 April 2025, Porter Finance Limited appointed him as receiver of Kerry John Dixon under the powers contained in a Lease Agreement dated 5 December 2023, which property consists of all present and after acquired property of the debtor and all of the debtor’s present and future interests and rights in any land and any other property or asset, other than any personal property to which Personal Property Securities Act 1999 applies.

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald ceased to act as receiver of the above individual on 2 May 2025.
