Notice is hereby given that on 10 April 2025, Andrew McKay and Rees Logan of BDO Auckland, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (Registration Numbers: IP40 and IP34), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company by Walter & Wild Limited under the terms of a general security deed dated 21 July 2023.

The property in receivership is all the company’s present and after-acquired personal property and land.
