Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named companies by Prospa NZ Limited on 2 April 2025 under the powers contained in loan agreements listed below which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the companies.

• SCRUBZ CLEANING SERVICES LIMITED – Loan agreement dated 17 August 2021
• LOCAL BUILDERS LIMITED – Loan agreement dated 22 June 2022
• EVERYTHING PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LIMITED – Loan agreement dated 10 August 2022
• TREE STYLERS LIMITED – Loan agreement dated 24 March 2022
