Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 21 March 2025 at 4.00pm, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property of the above-named trust by order of the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 138 of the Trusts Act 2019 upon the application of Jared Waiata Booth and Tony Leonard Maginness as liquidators of First Trust Limited (in liquidation).
