Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 8 of the Act, that on 18 March 2025, Brenton Hunt, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as receiver of the above-named trust BLAKEMAN FAMILY TRUST (in receivership) under the powers contained in funding agreements dated 5 June 2024 and a deed of guarantee dated 10 October 2023 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the entities.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation if the insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
