Notice is hereby given that on 11 March 2025 Andrew John Grenfell (Licensed Insolvency Practitioner) and Keith Alexander Crawford (Deemed Licensed Insolvency Practitioner), chartered accountants, were appointed by EQT Structured Finance Services Pty Ltd (in its capacity as Security Trustee for the Konvoy Security Trust) as receivers and managers of the property of KONVOY NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a security agreement dated 29 September 2023.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after-acquired property including all personal property.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at: McGrathNicol, Level 17, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland.
