Notice of Intention to End the Receivership

We, Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, joint receivers of the above-named individual, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 10 March 2025, we cease to act as receivers of the above-named individual.

As of 1 September 2020, receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. The Registrar of Companies has more information available regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners.
