Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that David Sean Webb and Robert Edward Campbell, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all the company’s present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future which includes all personal property of the company located at 19 Ross Reid Place, East Tamaki, Auckland, on 7 March 2025 at 4.00pm under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 16 December 2020 in favour of Bank of New Zealand.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.

On 21 February 2025, the Official Assignee was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company by the High Court.
