Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 24 February 2025, Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Waterstone Insolvency, were appointed as receivers of GREENFERN INDUSTRIES LIMITED (in receivership) by Emdex Limited.

This appointment was made in accordance with the general security agreement dated 20 December 2024 between Emdex Limited and the company. The receivership applies to all present and after-acquired personal property of GREENFERN INDUSTRIES LIMITED (in receivership), as well as all other property of the company.

As of 1 September 2020, receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. Further information on the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
