Notice is hereby given that on 3 March 2025 Kare Johnstone and Andrew Grenfell, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed by China Construction Bank (New Zealand) Limited as receivers and managers of the property of the companies in receivership under the powers contained in a security agreement as below.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the companies’ present and after acquired property including all personal property.
Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
