Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company and individual by Seascape (2010) Limited on 28 February 2025 under the powers contained in a funding agreement dated 5 March 2024 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company and individual.
