In the notice with the above heading, dated 17 December 2024 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 December 2024, Notice No. 2024-ds6549, please replace:

“Any objections to the removal pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 17 January 2025.”

with

“Any objections to the removal pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 28 January 2025.”
