Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DUTT ENTERPRISE (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 11 February 2025 at 10.03am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Daniel Zhang (LP153) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of EDPRO GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 17 February 2025 at 7.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Steve Farquhar (IP90) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LEMAR PROJECTS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 20 February 2025 at 10.05am upon the resignation of Grant Reynolds pursuant to section 283(2) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 3 April 2025.
