Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of TIKI ROAD GROUP LIMITED by the High Court at Tauranga pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 17 February 2025 at 10.30am on the application of the Inland Revenue.

We fix 21 March 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
