Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c)(iv) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of THAMES FARM & INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES (2003) LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Hamilton on the 10th day of February 2025 at 11.55am, following an application by Delaval Limited.
