Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of STEEN & MORROW 2008 LIMITED (trading as Steen & Morrow Betta Electrical) (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on the 14 February 2025 at 9.00am.
