Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of BOYDIES BUILDING BOP LIMITED and BOYDIES SERVICES (NZ) LIMITED (both in liquidation) by pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) by the High Court at Tauranga on 17 February 2025 at 10.25am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 24 March 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
