Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c)(ii) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TE TUINGA WHANAU SUPPORT SERVICES TRUST (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court of Tauranga on 11 February 2025 at 9.53am, following an application by the trust itself.
