On 11 February 2025 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SUNSET OPERATIONS LIMITED be liquidated and that Antonia Catherine Walker of Christchurch, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
