Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 22 December 2025 at 11.00am.

The liquidators fix 16 February 2026 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
