Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator of PROLINK NZ LIMITED on 18 December 2024 at 8.10am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by resolution of the shareholder.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 14 February 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
