FUTUREVERSE CORPORATION LIMITED (in liquidation)
Pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993 on 16 December 2025 at 12.20pm it was resolved by resolution of the creditors passed at the Watershed meeting that FUTUREVERSE CORPORATION LIMITED (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Kare Johnstone and Andrew Grenfell (liquidators) chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 2 February 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution, or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
