Notice is hereby given that the solvent liquidation of 31 BAIGENT WAY LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 17 December 2025 at 3.00pm when the shareholders appointed Noel Allan Walton, chartered accountant, as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.
A declaration signed by the directors has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies stating that in the directors’ opinion the company will be able to pay its debts in full in the 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator.
The solvent liquidation is being undertaken as part of a group restructuring following the sale of assets.
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a meeting of creditors. However any creditor or claimant on this company is asked to contact the liquidator urgently. I hereby fix 30 January 2026 as the date by which any creditor or claimant is to make a claim, and to establish any priority their claim may have.
