Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, was appointed liquidator of the above companies on 11 December 2025 at 9.00am; 11 December 2025 at 9.00am and 16 December 2025 at 9.00am respectively by special resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 28 January 2026 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under the Companies Act 1993.
