Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator of the above-named company by order of the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland on 16 December 2025 at 10.15am upon the application of Frondent Construction Limited.

The liquidation commenced on 16 December 2025 at 10.15am. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 20 February 2026.
