Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several interim liquidators of ABACUS CAPITAL NZ LIMITED (in interim liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton pursuant to section 246 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 15 December 2025 at 4.52pm on the application of the F J Ramsey Limited.

We fix 23 January 2026 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
