Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 6 April 2023, Brendon James Gibson and Natalie Gytha Burrett were appointed interim liquidators by the High Court of New Zealand in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Kea Investments Limited.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on 11 December 2025 at 11.04am when the court, on the application of Kea Investments Limited, appointed Brendon James Gibson and Neale Jackson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The undersigned does hereby fix 31 January 2026 as the date on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
