TAUPOMH LIMITED (formerly MIRAKA HOLDINGS LIMITED) and TAUPOMB LIMITED (formerly MIRAKA BRANDS LIMITED) (both in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that on 15 December 2025 at 9.45am and 10.15am respectively, Jared Waiata Booth and Tony Leonard Maginness, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TAUPOMH LIMITED and TAUPOMB LIMITED (both in liquidation) by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). These are solvent liquidations and the companies have been placed into liquidation for restructuring purposes.
The liquidators fix 2 February 2026 as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
