Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of COOPER & CO REAL ESTATE ALBANY LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland on 10 December 2025 at 4.02pm pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 10 February 2026.
