Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above companies by special resolution of the shareholders on 8 December 2025 at 10.30am.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 20 February 2026 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
