Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, at 8.23am on 8 December 2025, appointed Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.

The undersigned does hereby fix 12 January 2026, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company is to be held at 11.00am on Friday, 19 December 2025 at Kumeu Community Centre, 35 Access Road, Kumeu.

Please note that registration will take place from 10.45am.
