Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Kieran Jones and Steven Khov, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Christchurch on 11 December 2025 at 10.26am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act, on the application of Carters Building Supplies Limited.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 14 January 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
