Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CYPRESS CAFE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 1 November 2025 at 12.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of OMEGA TRANSPORT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 4 December 2025 at 10.57am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on application of Inland Revenue.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MEGA CAPITAL GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 4 December 2025 at 11.02am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on application of Auckland Council.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Keaton Pronk (LP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GALBRAITH SHEETMETALS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 8 December 2025 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
