TURNERS’ CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation)
Janet Sprosen and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of TURNERS’ CONTRACTING LIMITED by the High Court at Whangarei on 8 December 2025 at 10.14am on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act.
We fix 26 January 2026 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
