BAINS BROS LIMITED, BAINS FRUIT PRODUCTIONS LIMITED, BAINS FARMS LIMITED, BAINS HORT GROUP LIMITED and GDP ORCHARDS LIMITED (all in liquidation)
Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of BAINS BROS LIMITED, BAINS FRUIT PRODUCTIONS LIMITED, BAINS FARMS LIMITED, BAINS HORT GROUP LIMITED and GDP ORCHARDS LIMITED (all in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga on 8 December 2025 on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act.
We fix 24 December 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
