BLAKEMAN EARTHWORKS LIMITED (in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by order of the High Court at Greymouth on 8 December 2025 at 11.04am, BLAKEMAN EARTHWORKS LIMITED was put into liquidation on the application of L & F Limited, and Trevor Edwin Laing (IP32) and Emma Margaret Laing (IP103), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Laing Insolvency Specialists Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company.
Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 20 January 2026. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any company property must provide details to the liquidators urgently.
