Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies by an order of the High Court in Hamilton on the application of Glen Owen Wright on 3 December 2025 at 4.00pm.
We fix 31 January 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
