Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MITCHELL DISTRIBUTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) following the directors’ resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 29 January 2025 at 4.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. It is a solvent liquidation.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several Liquidators of J.M. STORE (NEW ZEALAND) PTY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 5 February 2025 at 10.10am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on application of NZ Customs Service.
