Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed replacement liquidator of the above-named company upon the resignation of Thomas Lee Rodewald on 3 December 2025 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 283(2) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidator fixes 6 January 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
