Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROFESSIONALS OF NEW ZEALAND INCORPORATED (in liquidation) commenced on 1 December 2025 when the members appointed Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch as liquidator in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, by the passing of a resolution at a meeting called for that purpose.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximize returns to creditors.
