Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Daran Nair (IP72) and Heiko Draht (IP115), were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators by the shareholders in the liquidation of THE URBAN GYPSY LIMITED (in liquidation) on 25 November 2025 at 1.36am.
The liquidators fix 16 January 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their claims and to establish any priority they may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to the distribution.
