Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Leon Francis Bowker and Kristal Pihama, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Hamilton on 1 December 2025 at 11.20am. The appointment was made on the application of the Attorney-General.

The liquidators fix 5 January 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
