Notice of Appointment of Liquidator to Solvent Companies

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the solvent liquidation of QUADRANT 26 LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 28 November 2025 at 2.30pm, the solvent liquidation of 227 SPRINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 28 November 2025 at 2.35pm, the solvent liquidation of 24 AMYES ROAD LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 28 November 2025 at 2.40pm and the solvent liquidation of SOTHBO LIMITED (formerly CRISTO LIMITED) (in liquidation) commenced on 28 November 2025 at 2.45pm. For each of the above-named companies, the shareholders appointed Noel Allan Walton, chartered accountant, as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.

Declaration of Solvency

For each of the above-named companies, a declaration signed by the directors has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies stating that in the directors’ opinion the company will be able to pay its debts in full in the 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator.

The solvent liquidations are being undertaken as part of a group restructuring following the sale of assets.

Notice to Creditors and Claimants

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a meeting of creditors. However any creditor or claimant on any of the above-named companies is asked to contact the liquidator urgently. I hereby fix 13 January 2026 as the date by which any creditor or claimant is to make a claim, and to establish any priority their claim may have.
