Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of CIVIL AND LAND CONSTRUCTION LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch on 27 November 2025 at 10.22am on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act.

We fix 2 February 2026 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
